At Aston Hall, we always strive to get things right 100% of the time, but we understand that there may be occasion when we don’t get things quite right for everyone.

On these occasions, we aim to do everything we can to resolve issues at the very earliest opportunity, and to the satisfaction of all parties. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the school, please don’t hesitate to contact us in the following ways:
