Fashion Art with Y3/4PB
Y3/4PB have been learning all about Vivienne Westwood. She created art and designs that made an impact on society; war, feelings, emotions, climate change. We studied her work, thought about how words and colours make us feel and created our own Vivienne Westwood inspired t-shirts.
Pattern Printing with Y5
In Art, we have been using printing to create a repeating pattern inspired by Indian traditions and culture. We have used symbols and shapes often represented on henna prints to inspire our designs.
Y4HS Fieldwork Fortnight
We conducted some Geography fieldwork, looking at traffic in the local area and comparing it to the traffic while standing on the A57 bridge. We then compared results using bar charts back in class. 🚗🚚🌏
WPT Y5/Y6 Residential 2023
