One of our Y3/4 pupils, Liam Denton, was seriously injured in a hit and run incident a couple of weeks ago. He’s been into school this week to see his friends and classmates who were missing him and has received some lovely cards and gifts from the staff and children to wish him a speedy recovery.
He said that his favourite hospital meal was cottage pie and he really enjoyed getting a cup of tea and chocolate biscuit after his operation. While he was in hospital, he was thrilled to get a phone call from Barry Bannan who is his favourite Sheffield Wednesday player!
