Safer Internet Day 2024 đź’»

Before half term, our classes engaged with various activities for Safer Internet Day.

EYFS and KS1 watched videos and spoke about how to always tell a trusted adult if something on the internet scares or frightens us. They watched a cartoon video that helped them understand emotions that we might feel when using the internet and what to do if we feel worried about something we have seen.

KS2 looked at a variety of resources including an online assembly all about how to keep safe while using the internet and how to avoid scams or untrustworthy sources on our devices. They also looked at the emergence of AI and how to ensure we only speak to people we really know on the internet.
