Over the last two weeks, both Aston Hall’s girls’ and boys’ hockey teams competed in tournaments at Rotherham Hockey Club.
The events, organised by the Rotherham School Games, saw our students perform brilliantly. They showed excellent teamwork, impressive skills, and real determination – particularly when defending. For many, it was their first experience of competitive hockey, yet their enthusiasm and ability were outstanding.
Every player should be proud of their performance. The children had a fantastic time, and the experience has sparked their interest in taking part in more sports!
