Today, EYFS enjoyed an exciting outdoor learning session with Pops Outdoor, swapping the classroom for the outdoor wild area to explore the natural world around them.
The children went on a mini-beast safari, discovering the many small creatures that live in their environment. They didn’t just observe – they also became junior architects, working together to build bug hotels to provide safe habitats for insects.
With support from Pops, they learned how important even the smallest creatures are in maintaining a healthy ecosystem. The session helped the children understand biodiversity in a hands-on and meaningful way, showing how we can care for and protect the natural world. Well done!
