Y3 Library Trip

This week, Y3 visited Aston Library as part of their learning journey. The children had a fantastic time taking part in a range of fun and engaging activities linked to the story Monster Slayer and their History topic on the Anglo-Saxons. They explored the library, listened to stories, and took part in hands-on tasks that brought their classroom learning to life. The visit was a wonderful way to combine literacy and history, and all the children participated with great enthusiasm.

Trips like this are an important part of the Wickersley Partnership Trust Enrichment Promise, giving students the chance to experience learning outside the classroom and develop a love for reading and history!
