Year 1 have been thoroughly enjoying their reading comprehension text Lost and Found by Oliver Jeffers. The children have explored the two main characters and their relationship through drama and role play, making thoughtful inferences and predictions along the way.
They loved having a copy of the text to follow during lessons, and there were even cheers at the end when the two main characters were reunited – a truly special moment to witness as the children became so invested in this beautiful story. ❤️
