Y4/5 Swimming Festival

Last week, 12 pupils from Year 4 and 5 took part in the Rotherham School Games Aqua Festival at Maltby Leisure Centre.

The festival combines competitive swimming races for more advanced swimmers, alongside events designed to support less confident swimmers who are keen to compete and build their confidence. All of the children performed brilliantly and showed excellent teamwork, supporting one another throughout the event.

A special mention goes to the girls’ team, who achieved an impressive second place overall out of all the schools. Well done to everyone involved!
