This week, FS2’s woodland learning journey became extra special with a visit from some lovely therapy rabbits! The children had a wonderful time getting to know their fluffy visitors, enjoying gentle cuddles and sharing stories and their woodland discoveries. It was lovely to see them interacting so calmly and confidently with the rabbits.
The visit also gave the children a chance to practise using gentle hands, quiet voices and active listening. Spending time with animals created a calm, happy atmosphere and made their woodland learning even more memorable.
A big thank you to our therapy rabbit friends for such a special visit and for helping the children create some lovely memories!
