LKS2 Visit the Wind Turbines

Student’s from LKS2 enjoyed a trip to the Penny Hill Wind Farm last half term. This came as part of their Geography learning, where they have been studying renewable energy and the issues of climate change. Everyone had so much fun and learnt a lot on the trip!
Y1/2MH Test Their Hand/Eye Coordination

Y1/2MH have been practicing their ball skills this week, catching and throwing, dribbling a ball around cones with a hockey stick and bouncing and catching the ball. They have been really trying to focus on their hand/eye coordination.
Year 5 York Residential

Year 5 had a fabulous time in York for our residential. 🏰⚔🚂 During our time there we visited lots of exciting places and even got to make our own chocolate treats. Well done to everybody for their resilience and independence whilst away from home. What a great time we had!

Junior Judo

Last term Aston Hall was lucky enough to have a Judo instructor visit the school to teach the children all about Judo and some moves. 🤼♀️ All of Year 5 took part in a session together. 😁 Everyone had a fantastic time learning new skills.
