Last week, 12 children from Y3 & 4 took part in the Rotherham School Games Aqua Festival at Maltby Leisure Centre.
The festival combines competitive swimming races for advanced swimmers, with other races designed for less confident swimmers but who have a desire to compete and develop confidence.
The children did amazingly well and supported each other as a team throughout.
Out of all the schools, we finished an impressive 4th place overall, just missing out on the qualifying spots for the South Yorkshire finals.
