Some of our Year 3 girls attended this fantastic event hosted by Wath Academy and was part of the ‘Girls’ Football School Partnerships Project’
It was an “Inspire and Engage” event where the aim is to give Y3 girls, who don’t already play football, a positive experience of Football in the hope that they will be inspired to continue to play football.
Each school moved around a carousel of fun Football-related drills/activities which were led by the Wath Sixth Form Girls’ Football Scholars. Our girls were amazing and engaged well in each activity.
Our girls represented our school perfectly and we definitely have some future football stars in Year 3.
