Last month, students from Miss Woodcock’s class went with Miss Poole to the Rotherham Movement Festival, to perform a dance on a stage in front of an audience! The students had been working hard in dance lessons with Miss Poole to create and rehearse an Alice in Wonderland themed dance. They explored the characters and learnt phrases and motifs, that they put together to a piece of music. They enjoyed the festival and got to watch lots of other schools perform too.
