This half term, FS2 have been learning all about the artist, Georgia O’Keeffe. The children looked at some of her flower paintings, then discussed her style and technique of using close up views, and lots of details. After this, everyone observed real flowers and created their own inspired artwork – there are some fantastic artists in the making.
