Last week, Mrs Wall came to help the Y3 children set up a science investigation, to test out the best conditions for plants to grow and survive. As well as this, she very kindly gave everyone cuttings from her own mint plant and water gel pots, so the children can see the roots developing on their own plants. This week, Y3 have set up a different experiment to see how water is transported through plants, using carnations and food colouring.
