Recently, Aston Hall has had so much to celebrate, with our students shining both inside and outside the classroom. Many pupils have received a Proud Nomination for their consistent hard work, determination, and positive attitude towards learning. These nominations are a wonderful way to recognise the fantastic effort that students put into their studies every single day, and we are delighted to see so many children being acknowledged for their commitment.
In addition to these academic celebrations, we’ve also seen some outstanding sporting achievements from our pupils.
- Finlay (Y6) – Finlay recently achieved the title of ‘Top Boy’ at his latest swimming competition. Competing for Rotherham Metro, he trains and competes regularly, qualifying for both county and regional competitions. At this event, he collected the highest number of points across all boys in all age groups – an incredible accomplishment that reflects his talent and determination in the pool. Well done, Finlay!
- Brodie (Y3) – Brodie continues to impress in martial arts, recently winning two gold medals and one bronze medal at a WTKA Karate Competition. Her hard work and perseverance paid off in an amazing way, and we are so proud of her success!
- Hollie (Y1) – Hollie showcased her talents on the dance floor at her very first competition in Manchester. She did incredibly well, securing 1st place in Samba and 2nd place in Jive, Tango, Quickstep, and Classical. To achieve so much in her first event is absolutely fantastic!
These achievements show the incredible diversity of talent at Aston Hall, from sporting excellence to a strong commitment to learning. We are extremely proud of all our pupils for their efforts, both in school and in their wider interests.
Well done to everyone – you are all shining examples of what it means to be part of Aston Hall!
