We are absolutely blown away by the effort and creativity that our Y5 and Y6 pupils have put into their World War 2 homework projects. It has been fantastic to see the wide range of topics they chose to research, from life on the Home Front and rationing, to significant battles, famous figures, and the impact of the Blitz.
The children really went above and beyond in producing their projects, using a variety of formats including posters, models, timelines, and creative presentations. Last week, we had a wonderful session sharing our work, where everyone got the chance to explore each other’s projects and discuss the fascinating facts they had discovered.
It was so inspiring to see how much thought and effort went into each piece. Well done to all of Y5 and Y6 – your hard work and enthusiasm for learning about history is truly amazing!
