Today in EYFS, the children had lots of fun bringing their ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’ story to life through music. They explored a range of instruments to represent different parts of the story. They swished through the grass using shakers, splashed in the river with drums, and stomped through the mud with loud beats. The children enjoyed experimenting with sounds and thinking about how music can match the actions and feelings within a story.
It was wonderful to see their creativity and teamwork as they worked together to recreate the journey. They also added their own musical ideas to make the story even more engaging. Well done, EYFS!
