On Monday, Aston Hall was thrilled to welcome Alex Oldale, netminder for the Sheffield Steeldogs, for a very special assembly. Alex gave us a fascinating “behind-the-mask” look at the life of a professional ice hockey player, showing the specialised equipment he uses for both safety and performance.
From the intensity of his training schedule to the dedication needed to play at a professional level, our children were completely captivated. It was an inspiring session that sparked lots of excitement for the sport. A huge thank you to Alex for visiting and sharing his journey with us!
