A huge thank you to all the parents, carers, and family members who joined us for our Family Fun with Phonics: Seaside Safari event. Children enjoyed a range of exciting phonics activities both indoors and outdoors, putting their Little Wandle Phase 2 and Phase 3 skills into practice through games, challenges, and hands-on learning. It was fantastic to see so many families getting involved and supporting their children’s reading journey.
The afternoon ended with a celebratory raffle draw, and every child received a Phonics Champion Certificate in recognition of their excellent blending and segmenting skills. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the event such a success. We loved seeing our school community come together to celebrate the joy of reading and learning!
